Job Requirements:
Excellent fluency in the English language.
At least 2 to 5 years of technical support experience.
Bachelors in Information Technology (preferably but not mandatory).
At least six months of experience with an email ticketing platform.
Some sort of experience with any CRM platform.
Must be efficient with at least basic skills in word and excel.
Compensation:
Base Salary: Up to 20,000 Pesos per month.
Incentives: Attendance bonus, transportation allowance, HMO,night differential, paid leaves and other Government mandated benefits.
Yearly increment based on performance.
Availability: Full-time shifts available in US business hours. People who are willing to work over the weekend and during graveyard shifts are encouraged to apply.
