Job Description

This position entails the following (but not limited to):

  • Answering customer calls and (possibly, depending on the account) other correspondence
  • Providing correct information to customer inquiries
  • Providing the best possible solution to customer concerns
  • De-escalate irate customers
  • Provide the best customer engagement and experience following the guidelines of the client/account

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must be 18 years old and above
  • Candidate must be a High School (4th Year, old curriculum) or Senior High School (Grade 12) graduate
  • Candidate must be willing to work on-site
  • Candidate must be willing to work shifting schedules
  • Candidate must have good English communication skills
  • Customer Facing experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • BPO experience is also an advantage, but not required.
  • Candidate must have good computer (typing and navigation) skills
