Job Description

The customer service agent (voice) attracts potential consumers and answers product and service queries. They also feed information based on the client's products and services. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.

Qualifications/Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given time limit, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide first-call resolution while following strict processes that meet compliance guidelines.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Perform other tasks required by the client involving testing, monitoring, and outbound calls.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Education & Experience
  • At least high school or K-12 graduate.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
