Non Voice | Technical Support Representative (Chat/Email)

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month

As a Technical Support Representative you are responsible for communicating with our customers through live chat and email; providing information, reassurance and solutions when they experience issues using our products and services.
In this role you will use your industry know-how, passion for technology and deep product knowledge to sell the benefits of our products, retain customers through troubleshooting issues, analyzing problems and using all available resources to quickly communicate step-by-step solutions.
You will lead the line, bringing a human touch to a digital product by providing friendly and reassuring, yet professional and knowledgeable best in class support to our customers.

What you’ll do
Interact with our tech savvy customers through live chat and email
Answer presale queries and be confident selling the benefits of our product
Troubleshoot technical issues, find then communicate easy to follow solutions
Understand the concerns of canceling customers and use your training and skills to retain them
Know when to ask for help or escalate customer concerns to the right internal team
Confidently navigate and maintain our customer databases
Use knowledge base resources to guide your customer interactions
Create your own workplace rituals to ensure you stay up to date with the latest information
Show your commitment to continual learning and on the job learning
Thrive in a face paced, technically savvy, ever evolving workplace

What you’ll need to succeed
High school graduate
At least 1 year experience as a CSR/TSR in a BPO setting
A customer centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate patience
A high degree of ownership and accountability for personal contribution and performance
A confident communicator with excellent English language and grammar skills
Typing proficiency of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Passion for technology, computer and internet savvy
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills

Qualifications/Requirements

What you’ll need to succeed

●High school graduate with at least 1 year experience as a CSR/TSR in a BPO setting
●College graduate (Bachelor's degree) no experience needed
