Job Description

 Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
 Communicating with customers through various communication channels in English
 Sales-driven and fit using sales- and closing technics successful
 Knowing our products inside out and building sustainable relationships and trust with our customer
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Handle customer inquiries, provide the best possible packages with alternatives and follow up to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
 Meet personal and customer sales team targets
 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments
 Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
 Providing feedback on customers’ demands and new product requests
 Take the extra mile to engage customers
 Escalate all issues to management if required
 taking ownership of each customer case is a daily routine for you

Qualifications/Requirements

 Interest in the tourism industry
 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
 Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
 Willingness to learn and improve
 Can work under pressure
 Fit in using computers
 High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
