-Manage incoming calls from customers
-Assess customer’s needs and guide the customer accordingly
-Maintains acceptable call lengths while remaining friendly, informative and helpful
-Maintains productivity and quality standards
-Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
-Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly
-Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
-Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
-Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

We’re hiring CSRs for our Pioneering Tracking App Account

Minimum Qualifications
• K12 Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Interest or previous experience in technical products is a plus
• Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
• Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
• Can start this February
