Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives!

 Answering incoming calls from customers

 Resolving customer inquiries/requests

 Developing and maintaining accurate files

 Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

 Utilizing various Sitel and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

 Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree holder with or without work experience
 Graduates of 2 year Vocational or Associate Course
 College Undergraduates (at least 60 units/ 2nd year College Undergraduate)
 Senior High School Graduates
 Old Curriculum High School Graduates
