Job Description

  • Assist in processing inbound calls related to customer queries
  • Process customer requests per guidelines established

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Computer literate, can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (English: written and verbal)
  • Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid and night) i.e. 8 am - 5 pm, 8 pm - 5 am, 9 pm - 6 am, 1 am - 10 am, 6 am - 3 pm, 2 pm - 11 pm
  • 2 years college undergraduate are welcome to apply
  • No experience required
