Job Description

Handles inbound and outbound calls with tenants to set best appointment schedule

Assist with tenants’ concerns as needed

Handles inbound and outbound emails regarding appointment schedule and other tenants’ concerns

Write responses to questions and include supporting information

Follow up on enquiries to help customers in their decision making

Provide customer service by email and within online forums

Escalate cases as necessary

Provide support as needed

Filter and assign tickets

Update customer support and marketing software based on the status of tickets

Review and respond to social media content in the client’s communities

Perform admin related tasks across all areas of the business

Write simple and clear documentation on different business processes

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidates with BPO experience is preferred but not required

Good English communication skills both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving skills

Can work well in a team

Able to work with minimal supervision

Open to Feedback and keen to learn

Outstanding customer service skills
