Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 2-year of work experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent English and Dutch Communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Hands-on experience in data entry using MS Office, CRM, or other similar software.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills and courteous disposition and must be able to carry a conversation.
