Job Description

  • Resolve customer’s concern, promote Product and client Loyalty
  • Follows and complies to prescribed Work flow /Call Flow
  • Up-sell/Upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers.
  • Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible to keep and uphold integrity in handling customer’s account information in each and every call

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Senior High school Graduate
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Call Center Experience Not Required
  • Displays Integrity
  • Driven and Motivated
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently
  • No employment termination due to just cause in work history
  • Should pass Medical and Health requirements
  • Exemplary Attendance Records
