Position: Senior Testing Analyst

Job Description

• - Collaborates with offshore team and onshore manager to acquire product and technical requirements for the new testing requirements.
• - Preparing Test Data for different scenarios, based upon the Adhoc request received
• - Provide test design for new requirements for testing and web applications, supports applications under development, and customizes current applications. Assists with the software update process for existing applications, and rollouts of software releases.
• - Participates in training representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications
• - Researches, writes, and edits testing artifacts documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, generating test plans, test execution and share status report.
• - Provides technical knowledge throughout the testing process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures, and techniques. Serves as a guide and mentor for offshore team to test the requirements.
• - Provide training to Junior resources in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), concepts, skills, and their application in specified engineering specialty.
• - Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical choices to internal audiences.
• - Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work in all shifts and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary and research wherever manual intervention is more and suggesting
