Lead Verification Specialist

A Lead Verification Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales process by ensuring that potential customers (leads) meet the required criteria before they are passed on to the sales team. This position is vital for qualifying leads to improve conversion rates and prevent wasted sales efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements

BPO experience for at least 6 months
Outbound Sales
Great communication skills
Positive work attitude

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Outbound cold calling to prospects
  • Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices etc., and present their benefits.
  • Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according to cold call platform
  • Handling objections properly.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Scheduling follow-up calls for either yourself or another team member
