Sr. Technology Architect
Job Description
- To serve as single point of contact to act as Solution Consultant, requirement gathering, build and deployment and maintenance of Next Gen technologies like Google Dialog Flow, Five9, Talk desk ,AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- and need to be based out of Manila where Digital operations (BPO) processes runs, to drive this initiative – a end-to-end life cycle
- To work very closely with Digital operations (BPO) and there is a need to position lead at Manila, who can work very closely with Operations team and end clients and drive this.
- To be responsible for due diligence of all the Projects running under Digital operations (BPO) umbrella, find out opportunities & pain points, work on Solution approach, prepare effort estimation, form a deployment team and lead the project till it’s closure and will coordinate with various stakeholders (Internal & External) from Manila. Solution Implementation & support life cycle takes 12 months, it includes activities like Solution discussion, requirement gathering, documentation, development, user acceptance testing, System integration testing and production go-live. Post go-live Maintenance support.
- Monitor all development activities and ensure compliance with coding standards procedures and methods and;
- To provide orientation to employees in terms of company values and culture to affiliate employees as per organizational requirement.
- To handle the team of 10-15 people to deliver the Genesys cloud contact centre solution, Google Dialog Flow,Five9,Talkdesk,AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- To organize business review meetings with clients to improve performance continuously and qualitatively
- To provide orientation to employees in terms of company values and culture to affiliate employees as per organizational requirement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification
- Must have 18+ years’ experience in contact centre technology platform like Cisco, Genesys, Amazon web service, Google cloud platform, Kore AI, Google Dialog Flow,Five9,Talkdesk,AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- Hands on experience as delivery lead/project manager, should have complete understanding of SLA matrix, support structure, shift rostering.
- Hand-on experience on development, Genesys Cloud, Genesys Connect, Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Unity, Google Dialog Flow, Five9, Talkdesk, AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- Integration experience of Computer telephony Integration (CTI) with Salesforce, MSCRM, ServiceNow, Remedy.
- Implementation & Support experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) self-service, Smart IVR & Conversational IVR.
- Implementation & support experience in Chabot solution based on Amazon Lex, Google Dialog flow platform.
- Implementation experience of outbound Dialer solution based on Avaya, Genesys & Twilio platform.
- Hand-on experience on Cloud based contact centre implementation, migration & support based of Amazon web services, Twilio & Google cloud platform.
- In depth knowledge of multi-channel contact center integration with Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Social media (Facebook, Twitter etc..) channels with telephony platform
- Ability to provide the Automation solution for contact center operations.
- Certified Genesys Cloud Professional and Certified Genesys Cloud Specialist
- Certified Google Cloud ,Genesys Cloud AWS Cloud,Five9,Talkdesk platforms.
- MBA in Information Technology with 19+ years of experience.
