Qualification
- Must have 18+ years’ experience in contact centre technology platform like Cisco, Genesys, Amazon web service, Google cloud platform, Kore AI, Google Dialog Flow,Five9,Talkdesk,AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- Hands on experience as delivery lead/project manager, should have complete understanding of SLA matrix, support structure, shift rostering.
- Hand-on experience on development, Genesys Cloud, Genesys Connect, Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Unity, Google Dialog Flow, Five9, Talkdesk, AWS Gen AI, Google LLMs, Amazon LLMs
- Integration experience of Computer telephony Integration (CTI) with Salesforce, MSCRM, ServiceNow, Remedy.
- Implementation & Support experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) self-service, Smart IVR & Conversational IVR.
- Implementation & support experience in Chabot solution based on Amazon Lex, Google Dialog flow platform.
- Implementation experience of outbound Dialer solution based on Avaya, Genesys & Twilio platform.
- Hand-on experience on Cloud based contact centre implementation, migration & support based of Amazon web services, Twilio & Google cloud platform.
- In depth knowledge of multi-channel contact center integration with Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Social media (Facebook, Twitter etc..) channels with telephony platform
- Ability to provide the Automation solution for contact center operations.
- Certified Genesys Cloud Professional and Certified Genesys Cloud Specialist
- Certified Google Cloud ,Genesys Cloud AWS Cloud,Five9,Talkdesk platforms.
- MBA in Information Technology with 19+ years of experience.
