Job Description


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to HMO coverage and LOA requests.
  • Assess member eligibility, benefits coverage, and requirements for LOA issuance.
  • Accurately encode and process LOA requests within the system.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and medical providers to facilitate approval.
  • Inform members about the status and outcome of their LOA applications.
  • Resolve issues or concerns related to LOA processing and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain updated records and documentation of all interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, HMO guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs such as call quality, AHT (Average Handling Time), and turnaround time for LOA requests.

Qualifications/Requirements

  •  Graduate or Undergraduate of any Medical Allied course: Midwifery, Radtech, PT, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, Nursing, Medical Billing, Practical Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Aide, Biology or
  • 6 mos. handling HMO Account
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work Ortigas, Pasig City
