RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer Calls Promptly: Ensure timely, and friendly response to incoming calls.
  • Triage Patient Concerns: Assess whether patients need appointment, urgent care or should proceed to the emergency room.
  • Provide Information: Offer details about opening hours and available services.
  • Call Transfers: Direct calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Message Management: Take and relay patient messages and requests.
  • Patient Portal Assistance: Help patients navigate and utilize the patient portal.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Inform Patients of Results: Communicate test results to patients in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Medication Refills: Process requests for medication refills as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have minimum 6 months BPO experience preferrable Healthcare Account
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge on HIPAA and US Healthcare, preferred
  • Preferred with experience utilizing EMR tools
  • Willing to work onsite, night shift schedule.
