We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
- Receive high volume inbound calls with excellent customer service skills
- Communicate with customers through chat/sms
- Make outbound calls to provide customer updates
- Schedule customer appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on finding effective and efficient solutions
- Provide accurate information about the services being performed
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets

- Windows System 10 or above
- Intel core i5, 6th gen or above
- 8gb ram (minimum)
- dual monitor (or must obtain one after hired)
- dual ISP (backup internet different than main)
