Job Description

• Is a person who handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business.
• To manage and handle account inquiries customer complaints or support issue.
• Translate and interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/College Level.
• Excellent Communication skills in English
• Good monitoring time management
• Can relate well, speak and understand foreign language especially to Japanese National
