Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, or requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to supervisors.
  • Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and protocols during calls.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Offer product recommendations or upsell services when appropriate.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • With experience in customer service specifically bookings and/or appointments.
  • With experience in handling outbound and/or inbound calls.
  • Skilled in upselling.
  • Proficient in CRM software and appointment scheduling system.
