Position: Associate

Job Description

• - Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs.
• - Participates in training representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications.
• - Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical choices to internal audiences.
• - Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.
• - Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• - Coordinating with Offshore and Onsite team members for daily status update, Risk, and mitigation plan.
• - Responsible for the Test data preparation according to the test scenarios using Member Registration and Diabetic Identification tool for SIT testing.
• - Involve in analyzing and unearth the business-critical defects in various business flows across various market segments and triage the same with client.
• - Review and mentor root cause analysis document prepared by the team on post-production defects.
• - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
