Position: Associate

Job Description

• - To analyze the Business Requirements and Prepare Test Plan documents by defining test strategy, assumption, scope and schedule.
• - Involve in identifying the business-critical defects in various business flows across various market segments and report the same with Onshore Counterparts.
• - Involve in defect tracking which comprises of defect identification, defect logging, defect retesting and defect Closure.
• - Participate in Defect triage calls, prioritize the Defects, work with developers for fixes and support the Development team for Test data and additional information needs.
• - Provides technical throughout the design process and guidance with regards to practices, procedures, and techniques. Serves as a guide and mentor for junior-level Testers.
• - Displays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills. Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical choices to internal audiences.
• - Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.
