We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.

Assist customers with billing, account concerns, product usage, and troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department as needed.

Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and performance metrics.

Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
High school graduate (senior high or old curriculum).
At least 6 months of BPO experience.
Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to work onsite
