Job Description

Job Title: SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Analyst

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
Experience in handling high volumes of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor
Ability to provide clear and concise phone support in troubleshooting technical problems
Call management skills, including call logging, escalation, and follow-up
