Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be at least College graduates for those who don't have any BPO experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
