Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Thai-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our Thai-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience through ticket and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in Thai and English via ticket and live chat.
• Assist with product/service information, vouher order tracking, voucher redeem issues, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent in Thai (spoken & written) and proficient in English.
