Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following: 
Providing customer satisfaction and experience 
Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) 
Participating in training to improve work performance
Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and oral. 
  • One year industry experience 
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site once needed.
