Job Description

Reliance Transcription & Infotech Corporation is seeking a talented and driven Client Service Associate - Call Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will handle outbound calls to assist with insurance-related inquiries including coverage, eligibility, prior authorization (PA), verification, and benefits. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to customers to address insurance-related questions and concerns.

Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations regarding coverage, eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization processes.

Verify insurance information and assist with troubleshooting discrepancies or issues.

Maintain a professional tone and demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Document call details accurately in the company’s CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries or escalate as needed.

Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).

Qualifications/Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage but we accept fresh graduates
- Good communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with clients
- Proficiency in English
