Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to customers to address insurance-related questions and concerns.
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations regarding coverage, eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization processes.
Verify insurance information and assist with troubleshooting discrepancies or issues.
Maintain a professional tone and demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Document call details accurately in the company’s CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries or escalate as needed.
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
