The ideal customer service representative is responsible for handling customer concerns through chats and calls, retrieving the essential records of various accounts, and conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Additionally, the candidate must have data entry experience to ensure the data is updated, collated, and retrieved as confidential information. Must have strong demonstrative skills to appropriately present the products and services offered to meet or exceed the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the retrieval and storage process
- Ensuring that records obtained are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant regulations and privacy laws
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
