Job Description

  • Do outbound calls to retain HMO Customers
  • Answer possible inquiries about the product/service offered
  • Educate customers about products, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Can speak, read, and write either in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or French language
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and selling skills.
  • Amenable to working on night shift
  • Willing to work onsite at Mandaluyong City
  • Willing to relocate in the Philippines
