CALL CENTER AGENT

Position: Sr. Associate – Projects

Job Description

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and Product Owner and identify requirements
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures
• Escalate issues and risks to the project management team
• Perform daily safety inspections and produce a good quality product
• Execute cross component test cases and regression checks and raise bugs
• Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organizations established policies and procedures
• Design and develop scripts to run automated tests to ensure consistency, repeatability and accelerates delivery
• Establish, own and drive UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects
• Identify and manage risks, issues, mitigations and action items to closure, as they pertain to UAT
• Coordinate and assist in the execution of UAT scripts
