Position: Associate - Projects

Job Description

• Handling requirement gathering call with the project stake holders and business team and Implementing prototype integration testing with different platforms and applications.
• Scheduling meetings on a daily basis with Customers to provide updates on the project status, process improvements to improve the application’s overall performance in terms of scalability, reliability, accessibility & availability
• Performing team lead activities, work with clients on the resource planning, deliverable, risks and mitigation plans and Conducting project management review meetings with client, Managers and presenting project status, technologies, innovations on quarterly basis.
• Proposing/recommending architectural changes/code changes, performance improvements to the architects for the bottlenecks in the application

Qualification

• Should have strong experience to create, review the Test Cases and Test Conditions.
• Should have Knowledge in Selenium C# for Converting the Manual cases to automation.
• Experience in creating Test Documentations which includes Test plan, Test Strategy, Test Execution Plan and RTM.
• Need to be proficient in EDI translation,837 835, 278, 271 transaction sets, data conversion and EDI translation
• Knowledge in HealthCare Payer business areas and Health care knowledge from client application perspective along with Debugging Knowledge to troubleshoot the issues.
• Need to have very good knowledge and hands on experience in programming languages like Java, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL
