Position: Sr. Process Executive
Job Description
- Provide first level resolutions via Outbound/Inbound Call, Chat or Email communication in Portuguese and/or Spanish depending on the contact method preferred by the customer.
- Ensure meeting daily, weekly and monthly Program KPI’s as published for the period specified including Attendance and Adherence targets for Portuguese and/or Spanish Multilingual reps.
- Facilitate customer payment by providing necessary documentation in Portuguese and/or Spanish to customers.
- Support reporting and management team in providing reporting and analysis in Portuguese and/or Spanish of aging performance as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good background on Accounts Receivable tasks or any relevant experience. Previous BPO experience with Multilingual Accounts Receivable/Payable background is a plus
- Should be able to fluently speak and write in Portuguese , Spanish and English (Professional / Business).
- Should be familiar with B2B (Business to Business) Process. Preferably worked in a B2B Tech Support Environment providing Multilingual Support.
