Job Description
- Identifying and prioritizing business-critical defects in various business process to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrate expertise in process design and redesign, presenting and defending architectural and technical choices.
- Create detailed test plan documents outlining strategy, scope, assumptions and project timelines
- Coordinating with Offshore and Onsite team for daily status and risk assessment
- Executing automation testing tasks and participating in automation release regression execution
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge on Pharmacy UAT applications (Retail to mail, CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy, Web Registry, Fairfax)
- Have experience in Healthcare Domain (Medicare, Medicaid, Authorization and Claims
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Software Testing Lifecycle, including Test Planning, Analysis, Design & Execution, Defect tracking and System Readiness & Test Closure reporting
- Proficiency in Testing lifecycle within Agile Methodology and Scrums
- Understanding of pharmacy application modules and submodules for UAT testing and Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively
