Job Description

- Interact closely with clients, discussing system requirements and conducting capacity analysis on system infrastructure. Implemented capacity enhancements proactively in the production environment.

- Perform root cause analysis using logs and suggested system improvements to eliminate outages during business hours. Coordinated with multiple teams to improve overall system infrastructure.

- Analyze requirements gathered from clients and enhanced systems to ensure new changes did not disrupt existing functionality while fixing reported issues.

- Manage change requests and tickets related to server decommissioning and Web-Tech issues, ensuring timely resolution and tracking. Coordinated load balancer changes for system updates and application deployment.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years of experience in the US Healthcare sector, specializing in the Wellness domain, with deep industry knowledge and expertise in designing and developing complex IT workflows.

- Programming Languages: Java 8, Java 17, Java 21

- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Security, versions including Spring 3 to the latest Spring 6.1.4; Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, ActiveJDBC

- Servers: Must have experience with JBoss, WebLogic
