Position: Process Specialist
Job Description
- Service Support Solution includes diagnosis, resolution and reporting of customer issues and questions about YouTube paid content products. Service is Tier 1 end user support with escalations to Google.
- In the future Tier 2 delivery may be added along with support of Google’s Business partners
- Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Attention to detail and a history of delivering high quality work with the ability to work well with diverse set of stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize specific work tasks
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate various quality related tasks such as deep dive analysis, trends, root cause analysis, reports and the like which would provide insights and recommendations on how to further improve the hygiene of the program
- Good in Translating from English to Thai or Thai to English without variation
