Job Description

- Work closely with product owners and IT stakeholders in identifying technical and product requirements.

- Involve in Sprint planning, Grooming, Requirement analysis calls with Product owners to understand business requirements and ensure test data needs are identified before SIT testing starts.

- Participate in scrum calls and interact with business team on day-to-day basis on deliverables.

- Involve in analyzing business specifications, testing requirements and Developing Test plans, Test cases, Test Scenarios and Traceability Matrix.

- Participate in defect review meetings and walkthroughs and interact with Business Analysts and Developers for resolving Defects.

- Provides technical support throughout the design process and guidance in relation to procedures and techniques. Provide guidance to junior-level testers and prepare technical test flow documents to capture the backend behavior using SQL queries for each Iteration.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong testing skills in Salesforce and have good understanding on Service Cloud.

- Subject Matter Expert in all the stages of Software Testing Life Cycle and Expert in advanced know-how technologies such as API Testing, Database Testing, Cloud Migration Testing and GenAI enabled Chatbot testing.

- Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.

- Solution provider for Genesys and Softphone integration testing

- Experience in Planning, Preparing and Executing Functional, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios.
