ON-SITE JOB ONLY LOCATED IN BAGUIO CITY!!!
Join our dynamic team at TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. & DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. as a Customer Service . In this full-time position based in Baguio City Benguet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide helpful and informed solutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for
At least 6 months experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using various computer applications and software, Canva design skills & basic design principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call center
With a pleasing personality
Professional client interaction.
Flexible with shifting schedules.
