-Provide first level support through calls/web/chat/Email

-Handle the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfillment processes in line with Service Desk objectivessupport sites.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree

- Strong Service Desk background

- Experience using Service Now

- Experience providing chat and voice support

- Proficient in Spanish Language
