SPECIALIST

• Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat, or email. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, and resolving customer issues.

Monthly Gross Salary: ₱ 90,000 - ₱ 149,000

Work location: 6th & 7th Flr. SM Sta. Rosa Tower 1, Old National Highway, Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proficient in speaking Thai
  • Previous call center or customer service experience required
  • Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, and resolving customer issues.
