Job Description:
• Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant message to consumers in both English and French.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound customer issues.
• Escalate more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department.
• Process a high volume of consumer inquiries of client products and services and resolves a targeted percentage of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root cause/s of the problem/s, and use the appropriate tools and resources to resolve customer problems.
• Discretion to escalate concern to the to the appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
• Track and document inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues.
