Job Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR

The position entails providing the best customer experience through effective call handling, answering customer inquiries effectively, performing proper probing to solve customer issues.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate
    • Candidates must have good English communication skills
    • Candidates may or may not have previous work experience, although BPO experience is an advantage
    • Candidates must be willing to work shifting schedules
    • Candidates must have good computer (navigation, data entry, typing) skills
    • Candidates must be willing to work on-site
