Job Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR

The role of the Customer Support Advisor is to provide the best customer experience by answering inquiries and solving customer issues through proper troubleshooting and information navigation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Candidates must have good English communication skills
  • Candidates may or may not have previous work experience, although BPO experience is an advantage
  • Candidates must be willing to work shifting schedules
  • Candidates must have good computer (navigation, data entry, typing) skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site
