Job Description

JOB POSITION: Intermediate Compliance Associate

• Screening electronic communications quickly and effectively using client-developed guidelines on market abuse and non-compliance

• Identify and escalate potential instances of market abuse

• Work with client teams to ensure the efficient escalation of relevant cases

• Assist with report when necessary on the eCommunications Surveillance KPIs

• Responsibilities will be carried out in English and Portuguese language


Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be proficient in English and Portuguese
• 2 years of relevant working experience in the banking or project management
• PC Skills: Advanced Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Risk, Compliance or Global Markets experience
• Previous work experience in a similar control/risk function within the business
• Product knowledge of various asset-classes including equity, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives and banking products
