Job Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR

The role of a Customer Support Advisor is to provide excellent customer service. They provide answers to inquiries and troubleshoots to solve issues regarding their account.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must be at least a Senior High School (SHS - Grade 12) Graduate
  • This opening does not require any previous work experience, although previous work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Candidate must have good English communication skills
  • Candidate must have good computer navigation, typing, and data entry skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work shifting schedules
  • Candidate must be willing to work on-site
