Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Update customer records and log interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and call scripts as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least HS/SHS Graduate
  • Not currently enrolled in any school or university
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
