Position: Senior Process Executive

Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner in Spanish language
  •  Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, quality, revenue and customer satisfaction. Offer information about our products and services, handle both opening and account cancellations, billing concerns and assigning requests to proper departments.
  • Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction through problems solving and effective call handling. Maintaining Product Knowledge by staying updated on new products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

Qualification:

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
  • Certifications required: Google AdWords Certification
  • Language Requirement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish Language
  • Must have experience in handling customers, have background and experience engine search
