Job Description

Position Title: SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Sr Analyst

Responsibilities:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner. Experience in handling high volumes of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to provide clear and concise phone support in troubleshooting technical problems. Call management skills, including call logging, escalation, and follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements

Service Desk Voice and Non-Voice. Incident Management. Employee engagement and retention. Client value creation and delivering business outcomes. Proficient or Fluent French Language Skills.
