Job Description
- Handle incoming calls from customers proficiently
- Assess customers’ needs and provide personalized guidance
- Maintain optimal call durations while ensuring a friendly, informative, and helpful approach
- Uphold productivity and quality benchmarks
- Exhibit a sense of urgency in addressing customer queries
- Escalate customer issues accurately and promptly
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, reflecting positively on the company
- Utilize departmental resources, policies, and procedures effectively.
