Job Description

We are searching for polite but aggressive, professional Call Center Agent to offer our target customers with various products and services, invite target audience to various complementary events and profile and verify needed information. The candidate may handle a high volume of calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to client’s apprehensions and seek to understand and clarify these concerns and provide accurate and efficient responses.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education

     Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice

     Capable of quickly understanding company products and services and various event details.

     Ability to ask prying questions

     Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel

     Strong time management and decision making skills

    Remarks

    Candidate must be wiling to work onsite and able to work with either day or night shift schedule.
