Job Description

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Assist with troubleshooting common issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Host Certificate; Graduate of any 2 or 4-year course is favorable.
  • Must have at least 6 to 12 months BPO Experience.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Excellent in English communication skills.
  • Experience with Outbound credit collections, credit card payments or financial matters is desired.
  • Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage.
  • PRIMARY ID's and SECONDARY IDs are a must and should be ready anytime.
